Day Care Facilities

Information and resources on Jacksonville, Florida’s Day Care facilities for children with name, address, phone numbers and websites, where available.  Everyone with children will need information about local day care facilities.  We have gathered our information from the Florida Department of Health who is in charge of certifying day care facilities.  We have created a PDF file of all the day care facilities by zip code and then alphabetical.  We encourage everyone to check on the day care facilities through their reports listed on the Department of Health as well as visit any perspective choices.  We do not give information on the cost that you will have to find out for yourself.

Please be aware that we only update the reports below once a year so if you notice that they day care facility that you are considering for your child(ren) has an expired certification then check the Florida Department of Health website (the link is above) for the updated status for each of the facilities you are considering. Once we get pictures of the day cares in the Jacksonville, Florida are we will have a slide show of them below.
